Shipping in the UK:

Shipping within the United Kingdom normally takes between 3-6 business days to arrive and will be sent via ROYAL MAIL and tracked.  Please always double check your shipping address during checkout to avoid problems. If you need a rush order, please just contact me and I will do whatever I can for you.

Do you ship outside the UK?

I currently ship within the UK only BUT if you wish to purchase from  outside these areas, please just get in touch for a shipping quote and I will see if it is possible.

What's your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are not a problem. Please contact me if you'd like to make a return and I'll provide you with the return address and information. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving your items, unworn and in the original gift boxing. I will issue you a refund as soon as I receive the returned item from you. 

Please note that earrings can not be returned due to health and safety.

Packaging 

Moonstone Dragonfly uses eco-friendly packaging wherever possible and presentation boxes are made from recycled materials. 

Plastic is avoided UNLESS it is repurposed shipping envelopes/wrap/outer packaging.
